PSG 4-0 Dijon: Kean and Mbappe score double as PSG go top of the table

Moise Kean has scored his first goal for PSG in the home against Dijon.

PSG have defeated Dijon comprehensively at Parc Des Princes, with Moise Kean and Kylian Mbappe finding the score sheet.

The hosts had their lead through Kean’s debut goal in little less than three minutes after the start. Mitchell Bakker’s cross found the marauding Kean, who buried the net with a brilliant left-footed volley

Soon, the Italian striker completed his double after what it turned out to be his best performance with Les Parisiens yet.

Pablo Sarabia released Neymar from a threatening counter-attack and the Brazilian lured the opponent goalkeeper before setting up the goal for Kean.

Dijon had a chance in the final quarter of the game to punish PSG for Diallo’s mistake but Mama Balde fired his shot wide.

Mbappe came in as a substitute and his instant impact led PSG to triple the lead. The French World Cup winner found the nets through the legs of the goalkeeper after being assisted by Neymar.

Despite exerting a great influence on the game, Neymar failed to find the score sheet although he came close once, he tried to chip over goalkeeper’s hands but to no effect. He was also key behind Mbappe’s second as he first found Pablo Sarabia’s run before the Spaniard laid it off to Mbappe before an empty net.

Neymar suffered an injury scare early in the game before the medical team made sure he was fit enough to continue.

PSG have bounced back from the UCL slump against Manchester United in the Champions League earlier this week.
