Di Maria extension
Paris Saint-Germain has agreed a one-year contract extension with Argentine winger Angel Di Maria.
The 33 year old has been outstanding for the French outfit since his move from Manchester United and it is hardly a surprise that PSG have decided to keep him at the club longer.
Ronaldo – Messi links
Meanwhile the French outfit have been linked with the likes of Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi.
Both players could be up for grabs this summer and it will be interesting to see if PSG can sign either of the two.
Cristiano Ronaldo’s future at Juventus is currently uncertain. The Italian club are in need of a major rebuild and they could sell the Portuguese attacker in order to fund few signings.
Meanwhile Lionel Messi will be a free agent at the end of this season and he has not agreed on a new contract with Barcelona yet.
Icardi linked with Serie A return
Argentine striker Mauro Icardi has been linked with a return to Italy at the end of this season.
It will be interesting to see if he agrees to return to Serie A this summer.
He has been linked with a move to Milan and Juventus and it would be quite surprising if he joined either of the Italian clubs given his former affiliation with their bitter rivals.
Pogba pursuit
Paris Saint Germain has been linked with a move for the Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba as well.
The World Cup winner has struggled to settle at Old Trafford and he is yet to show his best form consistently at Manchester United.
If the Red Devils decide to cash in on him this summer, PSG could be the ideal destination for him.
Mauricio Pochettino could unlock his world-class potential and Pogba would certainly improve the PSG midfield immensely.
