PSG identify three potential replacements for Kylian Mbappe

Paris Saint-Germain are already looking at alternatives for Kylian Mbappe and they have identified Robert Lewandowski and Erling Haaland as the Frenchman’s replacements.

According to Le10Sport, Mbappe is expected to sign for Real Madrid when his contract expires.

The World Cup winner was heavily linked with a move to Santiago Bernabeu during the summer transfer window but PSG refused to sell him despite multiple offers from the Spanish club.

The French outfit have two exceptional creators in Neymar and Lionel Messi at their disposal and signing a top-class striker could certainly fill Mbappe’s void next season.

Robert Lewandowski is currently the best striker in the world and he has proven his quality across multiple seasons in the Bundesliga with Borussia Dortmund and Bayern Munich.

Haaland has also developed into one of the most exciting young players around the world right now and the Norwegian could be a sensational long term investment.

Both players have the quality to score balls consistently and they will add a cutting edge for PSG in the final third.

That said, Mbappe is more than just a goal scorer and the French outfit will still miss his pace and natural flair.

The French World Cup winner will be a free agent next summer but he is free to negotiate a pre-contract agreement with foreign clubs as soon as the January transfer window opens.

It will be interesting to see if Real Madrid can snap up their star target in the coming months. Signing a player of Mbappe’s calibre on a free transfer could prove to be a masterstroke from Florentino Perez and Real Madrid.

Meanwhile, Fiorentina striker Dusan Vlahovic is on the French club’s radar as well.

The Serbian scored 21 goals last season and he is one of the most coveted young attackers in the game right now.
