Raiola reveals, Erling Haaland’s salary demand amid PSG interest

Les Parisiens are considering the Dortmund striker as a replacement for Kylian Mbappe.

Erling Haaland’s agent Mino Raiola has put down the salary demands amid interest from PSG.

The Daily Mail reports that Paris Saint-Germain would have to splurge an astronomical salary of 43m pounds per year without bonuses.

The Dortmund striker will be up for grabs next summer when his £64m release becomes active.

European heavyweights like Manchester United, Man City, Bayern Munich, Real Madrid and Barcelona are keeping tabs on the Norwegian striker, who has been in sublime form over the last two seasons.

PSG are also one of the contenders for Haaland as they are looking to bring in a replacement for Kylian Mbappe, whose contract expires next summer.

The French World Cup winner handed in a transfer request to Les Parisiens during the summer window in order to complete a sensational move to Real Madrid.

However, despite submitting an offer worth €170m, Los Blancos opted out of the race after PSG remained steadfast on not selling their prized asset.

Les Parisiens are now planning for a future without Mbappe and want Haaland to fill his void in the long run.

Haaland’s agent Raiola, who also represents a host of superstars, is notorious for making huge demands for the clubs, but PSG have a good relationship with him.

Perhaps, Ligue 1 club managed to rope in Gianluigi Donnarumma – one of Raiola’s clients – on a free transfer in the summer transfer window, although he was on the wishlist of Europe’s top clubs.

Les Parisiens enjoyed a blockbuster transfer window in the summer, but it remains to be seen whether they can repeat it next summer by signing Haaland.
