Manchester City are set to reward Phil Foden with an mouth-watering deal worth £100,000-a-week for his power-pack performances.
Foden is currently bound to £30,000-a-week – signed in 2018 -which will run until 2023.
Now, the 20-year-old is poised for an expensive deal, which would see him earn triple the current salary.
Foden has been one of the standout performers for an unstoppable looking Citizens this season. Furthermore, he has developed the knack of scoring in big games, doing so in both the legs of the Champions League quarter-finals against Borussia Dortmund.
Man City presume that Foden would attract a lot of suitors in a matter of time, and hence they are trying to tie him to a new deal, which would be extended till 2026.
