Real Madrid willing to pay half of Gareth Bale’s wages to ensure departure

Zidane Gareth Bale did not want to play against Man City

Real Madrid winger Gareth Bale has picked up an injury during international duty.

The Spanish outfit are thought to be furious with the situation and there looking to sell the player at all costs this summer.

Although Bale returned from international duty without reporting any injury problems, he joined up with the Real Madrid training complaining of a knee issue.

The Welsh international has now been asked to train alone and Real Madrid are now willing lower their asking price to 22 million pounds so that they can get rid of him.

Furthermore, there has been talk of the Spanish club subsidising some of his wages as well.

It will be interesting to see if Real Madrid can get Gareth Bale off their books this summer.

The player has fallen down the pecking order at the club and he is not rated by Zinedine Zidane anymore.

Bale was set for showdown talks with the Real Madrid manager regarding his future and it will be interesting to see if all parties can agree on a solution that benefits everyone.

Gareth Bale has been linked with a return to the Premier League and the likes of Manchester United and Tottenham are thought to be keen on the player.

There is no doubt that the Welsh international is a world class player on his day and if he manages to regain his form and confidence, he could prove to be a sensational signing for any Premier League side.
