The UEFA Europa League quarterfinal draw was conducted earlier today and the likes of Arsenal and Manchester United have been handed favourable draws in the last eight of the competition.
London giants Arsenal will take on Czech outfit Slavia Prague in the quarter-finals and they should be able to get past their opponents without any complexities. Slavia managed to eliminate Premier League side Leicester City earlier in the competition.
Meanwhile Manchester United travel to Spain for their clash against Granada in the next round.
The Red Devils will be one of the favourites to win the Europa League this season and they should be able to beat teams like Granada if they want to go all the way in the competition.
Dutch outfit Ajax have been drawn against Italian outfit Roma and Dinamo have been drawn against Villarreal.
The winners of the Granada-Manchester United match will take on the winners of the Ajax-Roma match in the semi-final and the winners of the Dinamo-Villarreal clash will play the winners of the Arsenal-Slavia Prague match in the other semi-final.
The first leg of the quarter-finals are set to take place on the 8th of April and the return leg will be scheduled on the 15th of April.
The semi-finals will be played on the 29th of April and the 6th of May with the final set to take place in the Gdansk Arena on the 26th of May.
