Arsenal are thought to be interested in signing the Sevilla striker Youssef En-Nesyri.

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang is nearing the end of his contract with the Gunners, and the Gabon international is no longer the player he used to be.

The Premier League side are eyeing a move for the Moroccan as the perfect replacement for Aubameyang. It will be interesting to see if they can convince Sevilla to part with their prized asset anytime soon.

Earlier this summer, Sevilla were unwilling to sell the player at any cost, and it remains to be seen whether their stance changes throughout the season.

En-Nesyri has been outstanding for Sevilla over the past year, and he has been linked with the likes of West Ham United.

The La Liga striker has a different skill-set to that of Aubameyang, and he could be a focal point for Arsenal in the attack next season.

The Moroccan is a proven goal scorer, and his aerial prowess will add a new dimension to Mikel Arteta’s side.

The striker is unlikely to come cheap, and Arsenal might have to break their bank to land him anytime soon.

Furthermore, a player of his quality will want Champions League football, and the Gunners will have to finish in the top four to lure players like him to the London club.

Arsenal have made a disappointing start to the Premier League season this year, and they will have to improve massively if they want to get into the top four by the end of the season.
