Arsenal midfielder Emile Smith Rowe has signed a new long term contract with the Gunners.
The 20-year-old attacking midfielder was given his first-team break last season, and he managed to impress Mikel Arteta with his performances.
The youngster has been linked with a move to Aston Villa in recent weeks, and Arsenal will be delighted to have tied him down to a long term contract.
Smith Rowe is one of the best young prospects at the club right now, and securing his long term future was a priority for the London club.
The young midfielder has been handed the coveted number 10 shirt at the Premier League club, and he will be hoping to follow in the footsteps of Dennis Bergkamp and Mesut Ozil in the coming years.
There is no doubt that the 20-year-old attacking midfielder has the potential to develop into a star player for Arsenal, and it will be interesting to see how the Londoners nurture him over the next few seasons.
Smith Rowe has further revealed that he sees himself as a one-club man, and he could finish his career at Arsenal if things go as planned.
