Emiliano Martinez eyeing Aston Villa transfer from Arsenal

Manchester United want Emiliano Martinez

Manchester United are interested in signing the Aston Villa goalkeeper Emiliano Martinez this summer.

The Red Devils are looking for a goalkeeping overhaul at the end of the season and the 28-year-old Argentine has attracted their attention with his performances for the West Midlands club.

Spanish international David De Gea is currently the number one at Old Trafford but he has regressed over the past year and United could do with an upgrade.

Martinez has definitely been better than De Gea over the past year and he could prove to be a quality addition to Solskjaer’s side.

Leeds and Arsenal keen on Orkun Kokcu

Meanwhile, Leeds United and Arsenal are thought to be interested in the Feyenoord attacking midfielder Orkun Kokcu.

The Turkish under 21 international has tremendous potential and he could prove to be a superb long term investment for the two Premier League clubs.

Both Leeds and Arsenal could use some extra creativity and their midfield and Kokcu would be ideal for them.

Arsenal used the January window to bring Martin Odegaard into the side in January in search of extra creativity and Leeds United wanted to sign Rodrigo de Paul from Udinese at the start of the season.

It is clear that both clubs are looking to improve their midfield options and it will be interesting to see if they can agree on a deal with the Dutch outfit regarding Kokcu now.

Liverpool and Spurs eyeing Bundesliga forward

Meanwhile, Premier League sides Liverpool and Tottenham are interested in the Schalke striker Matthew Hoppe.

The 20-year-old American forward is highly rated at the German club and he has a big future ahead of him.

Both English clubs have expressed their interest in the player and it will be interesting to see who comes forward with a concrete offer now.

According to reports, the player could cost around 7 to 10 million Euros this summer.

The 20-year-old has already established himself as a first-team player for the German outfit and he has scored five goals in the Bundesliga this season.
