Manchester City picked up a 2-0 win over Fulham in the Premier League earlier today.

The Premier League Giants were dominant from start to finish and the deserved to pick up all three points today. Raheem Sterling gave Manchester City the lead five minutes into the game and Kevin de Bruyne scored from the penalty spot in the 26th minute.

The Belgian was instrumental in both goals for Manchester City.

Pep Guardiola will be delighted with his team’s performance tonight and the win here takes Manchester City up to 5th in the Premier League table with 18 points.

Meanwhile, Fulham are  17th in the Premier League table with just seven points. They will have to improve a lot in the coming weeks if they want to beat the drop this season.

Manchester City will be hoping to win the Premier League title this season after missing out to Liverpool last season and it will be interesting to see if they can continue to build on their recent form and put together a winning run now.

Manchester City were the favourites heading into tonight’s game and it is hardly a surprise that they managed to secure a comfortable win over Fulham.

Scott Parker is under immense pressure and it remains to be seen if the former Premier League midfielder can turn around his team’s form.

Fulham have spent a considerable amount of money during the summer transfer window and they will be expected to stay in the Premier League this season.
