Manchester United plot triple signing in January

Manchester United Premier League

Manchester United are looking to bring in three new players during the January transfer window.

According to reports, Norwich defender Max Aarons is one of their top targets and the 20 year old defender is likely to compete with Aaron Wan-Bissaka for the starting berth.

Meanwhile Atletico Madrid defender Kieran Trippier has been linked with a move to Old Trafford as well but it seems highly unlikely that Manchester United will splash out on two right backs in one window especially when they have Aaron Wan-Bissaka at their disposal.

Also the signing of Kieran Trippier will be complicated by the fact that the defender is banned for nine weeks following his breach of betting regulations.

Furthermore the Premier League side have been linked with a move for the 19 year old Ecuador international Moises Caicedo.

The highly talented midfielder is likely to cost around 4.5 million pounds and it will be interesting to see if Manchester United can pull off all three transfers next month.

The Red Devils are in the title race right now and they will fancy their chances of winning the competition especially now that the likes of Liverpool and Manchester City are quite vulnerable.

Three quality signings in January could give them a massive edge in the title race and it will be interesting to see how the situation unfolds in the coming weeks.
