Manchester United stars like Bruno Fernandes starting to turn against Ole Gunnar Solskjaer

Bruno Fernandes-Manchester United

Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is under a lot of pressure after his side’s recent run of form and it appears that the players are now slowly turning against the manager.

According to Daily Mail, Bruno Fernandes is among the senior players who is disappointed with the lack of direction from Solskjaer and his coaching staff.

Meanwhile, summer signing Cristiano Ronaldo is also shocked at the dropping standards at the club.

Furthermore, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s treatment of Donny van de Beek has not gone down well with the players and they sympathise with the Dutchman over the way he has been treated.

The Manchester United manager has been criticised heavily for the way he has handled the recovery of injured players as well.

Harry Maguire was brought in against Liverpool despite the England international not being fully fit and Marcus Rashford played half an hour in the Manchester Derby despite missing training twice before the game.

After the embarrassing defeat against Liverpool,  Manchester United crashed to a 2-0 defeat against Manchester City as well and it will be interesting to see whether Ole Gunnar Solskjaer can hold onto his job in the coming weeks.

The Red Devils are struggling to match up to their title rivals and the priority for the club hierarchy now should be ensuring that they finish in the top four.

Missing out on Champions League qualification could be a devastating blow for the Red Devils and Manchester United need to act quickly in order to salvage this season.
