The new Spurs boss reportedly wants a reunion with Wolves winger Adama Traore.

Tottenham are reportedly lining up a £45m move for Wolves winger Adama Traore, who is expected to leave this summer.

According to reports, new Spurs manager Nuno Santo is eyeing a reunion with Traore, who has been linked with a host of Premier League clubs.

Leeds United have recently registered an interest in the Spaniard winger while Liverpool, Barcelona and Chelsea are also understood to be in the transfer race.

It was under Santo, Traore burst onto the scene and became one of the best young wingers in the Premier League.

However, his form took a severe dip last season, eventually losing his place in the starting eleven.

Now with new manager Bruno Lage at the helm, Traore’s future at Wolves is hanging in the balance, thus leading to his exit speculations.

The 25-year-old also recently opened up about the interest from his former club Barca, dropping a hint that he could leave Molineux stadium this summer.

Spurs believe that Nuno Santo’s presence could help lure Traore to North London.

Tottenham are currently working on a summer overhaul, and they have so far completed the deals for Pierluigi Gollini, Bryan Gill. In addition, they have reportedly reached an agreement for the signing of Atalanta centre-back Cristian Romero.

On top of everything, Spurs are working to resolve the future of Harry Kane, who is being wanted by Premier League champions Manchester City.

City have reportedly submitted an offer above £100m. However, Spurs owner Daniel Levy wants to keep the Three Lions striker beyond this summer.
