With the winter transfer window on the horizon, Premier League clubs are weighing their plans to make the most out of it.

Let’s take a look at the club’s available transfer budget based on the Financial Fair Play regulations worked out by an application called Club_app.

The Premier League showed they were the richest in the business after all the clubs combinedly spent more than 1 billion pounds last summer.

Talking about the term richest, everybodys’ eyes will be on Newcastle United and how far they would go in the transfer window after undergoing a sensational takeover by Saudi Arabian Consortium PIF.

The Magpies have been linked with a host of big names as they are looking to follow the footsteps of state-owned clubs like Manchester City and PSG.

Newcastle have an available budget of 166m pounds but as per Club_app, it is not the highest transfer budget.

In fact, Tottenham Hotspur has the highest transfer kitty of 400m pounds, with Manchester United, Liverpool and Chelsea following next.

However, it makes us take it with a pinch of salt after seeing Burnley’s 171m pounds transfer budget.

Everton’s budget turns out to be nil and if it is the case, they have to rely on free transfers and loan deals.
