Tottenham Hotspur

Tottenham made a brilliant start to the season with a 4-1 win over Southampton and are yet to lose a game this season. They are currently on a ten-game unbeaten streak dating back to last season, but their early form has somewhat slowed a bit with some not very convincing displays in their last four matches.

Antonio Conte’s team come into this game off the back of a disappointing display against West Ham in midweek, with the David Moyes teams causing them all sorts of problems despite the lesser share of possession.

Tottenham not only failed to create as many chances as they would have loved to, they also failed to score from the chances they did get with Son, in particular, being uncharacteristically wasteful and Harry Kane being stifled by the Hammers back-line.

Conte would have not been impressed by what he saw against West Ham and must now return to the drawing board if his team are to have any shot at the title.

History favours Tottenham in this fixture with four wins in their last five games and no loss. The Lilly Whites are strong favourites to take all three points against the cottagers and maintain their unbeaten record, but will be wary of a Fulham team who can punch harder than their weight.

Possible Tottenham Hotspur starting line-up

Hugo Lloris; Davinson Sanchez, Eric Dier, Ben Davies; Ivan Perisic, Yves Bissouma, Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg, Emerson Royal; Dejan Kulusevski, Harry Kane, Heung-Min Son.

Injured: Lucas Moura

Doubtful: Cristian Romero, Rodrigo Bentancur

Suspended: None

Fulham

Fulham have made a very strong start to the Premier League season and have taken to the league like a duck to water.

The Cottagers under Marco Silva have picked up eight points from a possible 15 after five rounds of football, with Serbian striker Alexander Mitrovic instrumental to all they’ve done with important goals such as the brace against Liverpool, and the winner against Brentford.

The bulky attacker was also on target again as his strike helped ensure his team took maximum points in midweek against a Brighton side that were unbeaten in ten league games. Silva will be counting on his talismanic striker once more as they go toe-to-toe against familiar foes as they look to get a first win against Spurs since 2013.

Fulham currently sits seventh in the League standings and are certainly on course to secure top-tier football for next season, but again Marco Silva’s men must find a way to stop the attacking wealth at Conte’s disposal from causing them damage.

Possible Fulham starting line-up

Bernd Leno; Kenny Tete, Tosin Adarabioyo, Tim Ream, Antonee Robinson; Harrison Reed, Joao Palhinha; Bobby Reid, Andrea Pereira, Neeskens Kebano; Aleksandar Mitrovic.

Injured: Manor Solomon, Harry Wilson

Doubtful: None

Suspended: None
