Bayern Munich superstar Thomas Muller is all set for a recall to the German national team.
According to reports, manager Joachim Low has already called the player to inform him that he wants Muller back into the national team fold for the European Championships.
Recently it was announced that the number of players in the squad for the Euros has been bumped up to 26, and Joachim Low is prepared to take advantage of that and call up the experienced attacker.
Germany are expected to announce their 26 man squad for the Euros on the 19th of May.
This is the final international tournament for the Germany manager. Therefore it is no surprise that Joachim Low is prepared to go full strength and try and win the European Championships.
Thomas Muller has a wealth of experience, and his leadership will be vital for the German dressing room this summer. The current Germany squad has a lot of young talent, and they will need some experienced heads as well.
Furthermore, he has won every trophy at the club level and helped his country win the World Cup. There is no reason why he should not be a part of the international set up this summer.
The Bayern Munich star is a world-class player on his day, and he could still make a valuable contribution for this country.
