Bayern Munich Transfer: Midfield target Florian Neuhaus to stay at Gladbach, Nagelsmann could target Werner

Bayern Munich and Bundesliga clubs resume training

Florian Neuhaus to stay at Gladbach this summer

Borussia Monchengladbach midfielder Florian Neuhaus is reportedly not moving anywhere amid interest from Bayern Munich and Liverpool.

Neuhaus has been a key cog in the midfield for Marco Rose’s side over the last two seasons, which brought him to the spotlights.

Although Gladbach would see a new manager in Adi Hutter this summer, Neuhaus still considers his future at Borussia Park.

The German midfielder recently said: “Borussia is a club where I was able to develop excellently and where I have everything. I know what I have with Gladbach. Of course, I also read that there is a lot of speculation. But I don’t see my future as open as many others.”

Nagelsmann might go for Werner

According to a report, Chelsea striker Timo Werner could interest Julian Nagelsmann, who will take charge as Bayern manager from next season.

The Bavarians tried to sign the German striker last summer, but eventually, he ended up joining the Blues.

It was under Nagelsmann at Leipzig Werner managed to rack up goals in numbers, which eventually drew interest from top clubs.

However, the 25-year-old has struggled to create a similar impact at Stamford Bridge, causing many fans to question his highly-anticipated transfer.

Bayern currently has probably the world’s best striker in Robert Lewandowski, but his transfer rumours have surfaced of late, with many of Europe’s top clubs plotting a summer move for him.
