Bayern Munich Transfer: Hansi Flick’s replacement, Alaba to Barcelona, Boateng future

Hans-Dieter Flick - Bayern's development has been crazy

Hansi Flick’s replacement

Bayern Munich are thought to be looking at the RB Leipzig manager Julian Nagelsmann as a potential replacement for Hansi Flick.

Flick has helped Bayern win several trophies over the past year but he’s expected to move on in the future.

The Bayern Munich manager is in the running to take over as the national team manager when Joachim Low steps down after the Euros.

Nagelsmann has proven his quality with Leipzig and he could prove to be a quality appointment for the German champions.

Alaba agreement

Meanwhile Bayern Munich defender David Alaba is expected to leave the club this summer and there have been rumours that the player has agreed on a deal with Barcelona.

Apparently the agreement is verbal but the player’s agent Pini Zahavi has now denied reports claiming that his client has no agreement in place with the Spanish outfit.

The 28 year old will be a free agent this summer and it will be interesting to see where he ends up.

He has been linked with the likes of Real Madrid, Liverpool, Manchester City and Barcelona.

Boateng future

Experienced centre back Jerome Boateng is expected to leave the German club at the end of this season.

The German international has fallen down the pecking order and he needs to leave in search of regular first-team football.

With the likes of Dayot Upamecano arriving in the summer, Boateng will drop further down the pecking order at the German club and it will be interesting to see where he ends up in the summer.
