The Champions League winners are back in the race for Callum Hudson-Odoi.

Bayern Munich have resumed their interest in Chelsea youngster Callum Hudson-Odoi.

According to reports, the Bavarians are ready to revive their interest in the English teenager, who is understood to be on the radar of Serie A giants Juventus.

Bayern are optimistic about signing Hudson-Odoi this time around after missing out in the previous attempt last summer. He was tipped to sign for the Bavarians before he signed a new deal at Stamford Bridge.

Hudson-Odoi will face tough competition for a place in the first-team after the Blues added a handful of Marquee players – Hakim Ziyech, Timo Werner and Kai Havertz – to their squad. Furthermore, Christian Pulisic is reportedly up the pecking order of Frank Lampard following his fantastic debut season at Stamford Bridge.

Meanwhile, Hudson-Odoi’s last season was plagued with injuries, and in the meantime, Pulisic grabbed the headlines with his eye-catching performances.

The USMNT striker would be fancying a place under Lampard once he returns to fold after the injury. Hudson-Odoi appeared as a substitute in Chelsea’s win against Brighton.

Elsewhere, Bayern have an impeccable attacking squad, yet they are interested in signing Hudson-Odoi.

The Bavarians signed Leroy Sane from Manchester City months ago, and he is expected to be a starter in the first-team for the upcoming season.

It remains to be seen whether Bayern could sign the Blues teenager while already boasting exciting players like Serge Gnabry and Kingsley Coman.
