Getafe

Getafe will look to continue their quest for survival this Monday night when they host Real Betis.

The hosts claimed a much-needed 2-0 win over Celta Vigo in the last round – their first La Liga away victory all season – to boost their chances of avoiding relegation.

They come into this tie sitting in 15th place side with a five-point cushion ahead of the bottom three. However, they face a tricky run-in having already played all five sides below them home and away from home this term.

They will be desperate to win their second consecutive game in a row for the first time since January to give them the edge in the relegation race.

They will be buoyed by the fact that they have lost just one of their home games since late October (W7).

Possible Getafe starting line-up

David Soria; Djene Dakonam, Okay Yokuslu, Stefan Mitrovic; Damian Suarez, Rodriguez Arnaiz, Carles Alena, Mario Arambarri, Matthias Olivera; Borja Mayoral, Enes Unal.

Injured: Victor Camarasa, Martin Montoya

Doubtful: None

Suspended: Sergio Limones, Paul Akouokou

Real Betis

After sealing the Copa del Rey title, Real Betis will turn their attention to the league this Monday.

The visitors beat Valencia on penalties last weekend to lift the Copa del Rey trophy and automatically seal Europa League football next season.

But they will now look to pursue a higher goal, which is to finish in the top four. They come into this game sitting in fifth place, four points behind fourth-placed Atletico Madrid

To press their claims for a Champions League place, they must return to winning ways in the league after failing to win their last two (D1, L1).

However, given that they’ve only lost one of their last seven league away matches (W3, D3), Betis will fancy their chances of winning this game. Manuel Pellegrini’s side have travelled well recently and should be in no mood to rest on their laurels after lifting silverware last weekend. “We’ve five finals ahead. Let’s go after them together,” was the rallying call from captain Sergio Canales referring to their bid for a top-four finish.

Possible Real Betis starting line-up

Claudio Bravo; Hector Bellerin, German Pezzella, Marc Bartra, Alex Moreno; , Andres Guardado, William Carvalho; Juanmi Jimenez, Nabil Fekir, Sergio Canales; Borja Iglesias.

Injured: Nemanja Maksimovic, Jaime Mata

Doubtful: None

Suspended: Jakub Jankto, Jorge Cuenca
