Juventus forward Paulo Dybala has heaped praise on his teammate Cristiano Ronaldo for his relentless will to win.
According to the Argentine forward, Ronaldo is obsessed with winning even during training.
Dybala said: “We train together, and we practice free-kicks. I take the ones on the right; he takes the ones on the left. He is totally obsessed. He always wants to win, always.”
The Portuguese superstar has established himself as one of the best players in football history, and it is no surprise that he is never happy when he doesn’t win.
Ronaldo has been one of Juventus’ best players since his move from Real Madrid, and it will be interesting to see if he can help them secure Champions League qualification this season.
The Italian outfit is currently 4th in the League table, and they will be looking to finish the season strongly.
Ronaldo has helped them win domestic trophies since his arrival, but the Portuguese will be disappointed after failing to guide them to a Champions League win.
It will be interesting to see if the former Real Madrid star is still at the Turin based outfit beyond this season.
Ronaldo has been linked with a return to Manchester United, and it remains to be seen whether the Italian outfit is willing to cash in on him in order to fund their rebuild.
Meanwhile, Paulo Dybala has been linked with a move away from Juventus as well, but the Italian outfit is thought to be keen on tying him down to a new contract.
The Argentine forward has also reflected on his relationship with Cristiano Ronaldo.
He revealed that the two players often train together, and they are now both close to scoring a hundred goals for Juventus.
Dybala said: “We are both close to scoring 100 goals with Juventus. I am missing one; he is missing three. He always wants to win, even in training, and when he loses, he becomes intractable for a few minutes.”
