Antonio Conte identifies four-man transfer wishlist at Spurs, including 21-year-Old Serie A striker

Antonio Conte put Inter to the top of Serie A, despite 16 injuries in 4 months

The Italian manager has been recently confirmed as the new head coach of Tottenham.

Tottenham Hotspur are set for a new era under Antonio Conte after he was confirmed as their new head coach on Tuesday.

The Italian gaffer will also reportedly have the backing of Spurs chairman Daniel Levy and Sporting director Fabio Paratici in the transfer market.

According to a report from Team Talk, Conte has identified four transfer targets from Serie A to revamp the North Londoners.

Dusan Vlahovic seems to be the priority for Conte, with the Italian manager wanting to build a formidable attacking line-up.

Vlahovic is up for grabs after he declined an extension offer from Fiorentina. The 21-year-old is one of the prolific young strikers in Europe at the moment, winning Serie A’s MVP award for the best U-23 player last season. He has carried his brilliant form to this season as well, netting 8 goals in 11 league games so far.

However, Tottenham would face competition from European giants like Manchester City, Atletico Madrid and Juventus for the Serbian’s signing.

Conte also wants the North Londoners to sign midfielder Franck Kessie, whose contract with AC Milan expires next summer.

Although Rossoneri wants to keep the 24-year-old, contract talks haven’t progressed well so far, thus alerting Europe’s top clubs.

Spurs are understood to be one of the favourites to sign the Ivory Coast international, who has been one of Serie A’s best midfielders over the last two seasons.

As far as the defensive reinforcements are concerned, Conte has identified Stefan de Vrij and Manuel Lazzari as top targets.

The former Chelsea gaffer had previously worked with De Vrig at Inter Milan, and he is now eyeing a reunion in the Premier League. De Vrig was a key cog in the defence for Inter, whom Conte led to Scudetto last season.

Lazio’s Lazzari is another option running high on the wishlist of Conte as he wants to reinforce the right-back position.
