Arsenal stars on transfer list: Mustafi, Chambers, Elneny, Guendouzi, Holding

Mikel Arteta opened up on contracting Coronavirus Isolation and recovery

Arsenal are set for a major rebuild this summer.

Several of their players have been linked with a move away from the club and it will be interesting to see if they can bring in the necessary reinforcements before the window shuts.

The likes of Rob Holding, Lucas Torreira, Shkodran Mustafi, Sokratis have all been tipped to leave this summer. It remains to be seen where they end up.

Holding has been linked with a move to Newcastle. The young centre back impressed in the Community Shield game against Liverpool and he could prove to be a solid addition to the Magpies. Arsenal could benefit from having someone of his quality for depth as well.

Meanwhile, Mustafi has been quite poor for the Gunners since his move to London and it is no surprise that the player is being linked with an exit.

Arsenal have already signed Gabriel Magalhaes from Lille and the Brazilian is likely to start in place of Sokratis next season. An exit would be the best option for the German.

Torreira has been a good player for Arsenal but he has struggled to settle into English football. The Uruguayan has been linked with a return to Italy now.

Midfielder Matteo Guendouzi has been linked with a move away as well after falling out with Arteta. The Arsenal boss is thought to be frustrated with the midfielder’s antics and he wants the player sold.

The likes of Chambers and Elneny haven’t been useful for a while either and the Gunners must look to cash in on them.
