Aubameyang reveals why he signed a new deal with Arsenal – ‘Never in doubt’

Aubameyang to get 3-year Arsenal deal worth around £250,000-a-week

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang has signed a new contract with Arsenal earlier today.

The 31-year-old striker was in the final twelve months of his contract and the Gunners will be delighted to have secured his services for the coming seasons.

According to reports, the striker has signed a three year deal with the London club.

Aubameyang has been the best player at the club ever since he moved to Arsenal and keeping him will be crucial to the club’s quest for glory.

The 31-year-old striker helped Arsenal win the FA Cup and the Community Shield in the last few months and he will be hoping to lead them to greater heights this season.

Arsenal started the season with a 3-0 win over Fulham and Aubameyang put in a fantastic display for the Londoners.

He managed to win the Premier League Golden Boot last season and he will be hoping to replicate that feet once again this year.

Arsenal have been impressive in the transfer market so far but the move to agree on a new deal with their best player is certainly the best bit of business they have done so far.

Speaking to the media after signing his new deal the striker said: “Signing for this special club was never in doubt. It’s thanks to our fans, my team-mates, my family and everybody at this club that I feel like I belong here. I believe in Arsenal. We can achieve big things together. We have something exciting here and I believe the best is to come for Arsenal.”
