Bayern Transfer: Hernandez targeted by Madrid clubs, Rangers flop on radar, Nubel wants loan move

Lucas Hernandez tentative over Bayern Munich future

Real Madrid, Atletico Madrid targeting Lucas Hernandez

Real Madrid and Atletico Madrid are set to battle it out for Bayern Munich defender Lucas Hernandez, who has failed to become a prominent fixture under Hansi Flick.

The Frenchman, perhaps, was a record buy for the Bavarians, however, his time at Allianz Arena hasn’t gone in the desired way that he could have dreamt. Furthermore, the rapid rise of Canadian youngster Alphonso Davies has undermined Hernandez’s importance.

Now, Bayern are reportedly looking to cash in on Hernandez, who is valued at 45m euros.

Real would be without Marcelo next season, which leaves Ferland Mendy as the only genuine left-back option for Zinedine Zidane. Hence, they are considering Lucas as a possible candidate to strengthen the left-back position alongside his brother Theo Hernandez.

Bayern keeping tabs on Segunda division striker Bayern

Bayern are shockingly linked with a transfer for Almeria striker Umar Sadiq. The 24-year-old endured a difficult spell at Ranger before he revived his form at the Spanish second division club Almeria.

However, Almeria would demand the entire release clause of around 60m euro for the Nigerian striker and his stock could even rise if Almeria earns a promotion to La Liga.

Nubel’s agent pushing for a loan move

Alexander Nubel has managed only three appearances this season after failing to knock Manuel Neuer off his perch.

The 24-year-old’s agent is reportedly pushing for a loan move, with Ligue 1 outfit Monaco, currently managed by former Bayern boss Niko Kovac, said to be interested.

“We continue to pursue the issue of Alex being loaned out. Alex needs regular match practice, a few appearances are not enough.”
