Liverpool are reportedly interested in signing the Juventus forward Paulo Dybala.

According to a report via the Sun, the Argentine international is open to a move to Merseyside.

The Premier League side have contacted the player regarding a proposed transfer in the summer when the player will be out of contract.

Juventus are expecting a proposal from the Reds in the coming weeks, and it will be interesting to see whether the two parties can agree on the move.

The 28-year-old has been an exceptional player for Juventus since joining the club, and he could prove to be a quality addition to the Liverpool front three.

Jurgen Klopp needs to freshen up his attacking options, especially with the likes of Roberto Firmino and Sadio Mane on the decline.

The arrival of Dybala will push the other players to improve to hold a place in the starting lineup, which can only benefit Liverpool as a squad.

Furthermore, the Argentine has immense technical ability and intelligence, which will help him thrive in the Premier League.

Also, the player is at the peak of his powers right now, and he could help Liverpool challenge for the major trophies.

Juventus are still hoping to extend the Argentine’s contract, and talks are set to begin with the player next month. It remains to be seen whether Dybala is willing to commit his long term future to the Italian club.

The player has proven himself in the Italian league over the years, and trying out a fresh challenge in the Premier League might be a more attractive proposition for him.

The likes of Inter Milan are keen on signing the player as well, and it remains to be seen where he ends up.

The Argentine forward has 11 goals and four assists to his name so far this season.
