Man United make transfer decision regarding Championship targets

Man United Transfer Round-up Dembele, Sancho, Mata, Pogba

Manchester United are not interested in signing any players from the championship ahead of next week’s domestic transfer deadline.

They are allowed to sign players from further down the English Football League until the 16th of October but the Premier League giants have decided against it.

Manchester United have been linked with the likes of Ismaila Sarr recently and it will be interesting to see if they decide to improve their attack before the window closes.

There is no doubt that the Red Devils need to add more quality to their attack and signing the Watford player would be a smart move for them.

The 22 year old joined Watford last year and he managed to impress in the Premier League thoroughly. according to reports the player is valued at around £45 million.

The report further claims that Manchester United have also looked at championship players like David Brooks and Joe Rodon.

However they are yet to make an official approach for any of those players and it will be interesting to see if the situation changes in the coming days.

They were beaten 6-1 by Tottenham in their last game and Solskjaer might be under pressure to bring in a quality signing to appease the fans.

United have signed the likes of Van De Beek, Alex Telles, Edinson Cavani and a couple of young talents in Traore and Pellistri so far.

However, they should have signed a quality wide player and a defensive midfielder as well.
