Manchester United are interested in signing the Bayern Munich midfielder Thiago Alcantara this summer.
The Spanish midfielder is all set to leave the German champions and he has been linked with a move to the Premier League.
Apparently Liverpool are keen on signing the midfielder and Thiago is open to joining the Premier League champions as well. However Manchester United are not prepared to let the player go to their rivals without a fight.
It will be interesting to see if they can convince the former Barcelona midfielder to move to Old Trafford instead.
Thiago is a world class player who would improve Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s Manchester United immensely.
Meanwhile Milan Skriniar has been linked with a move to Manchester United as well.
The Slovakian defender has fallen out of favour at Inter Milan and he has been linked with a move to Tottenham recently.
Skriniar is a top class talent who could develop into a world-class defender with the right coaching and first-team experience.
It will be interesting to see if Manchester United can bring the player to Old Trafford this summer.
There is no doubt that they need to improve their defensive options and Skriniar could be the ideal partner for Maguire next season.
