Tottenham signed Gareth Bale on a loan deal from Real Madrid earlier this summer and the 31 year old Welsh winger is determined to prove his quality in the Premier League once again.

According to the players agent, the winger Is enjoying his football once again and he is looking to help Tottenham challenge for the Premier League title this season.

Tottenham have made a good start to the season and there win over Manchester United last time out will have given them massive confidence.

Gareth Bale is yet to play for Tottenham this season and he is still in the process of regaining his match fitness.

The 31-year-old is a world-class player who will improve Mourinho’s team immensely and it will be interesting to see if Tottenham can put together a winning run now.

The player has been starved of game time at Real Madrid and he will be looking to get back to his best with regular football at Tottenham now.

His agent said: “He loves it [at Tottenham]. The most important thing is he has got a smile back on his face and that he’s enjoying life. It had to be somewhere he wanted to go. For him, it wasn’t about money. If he was going to go somewhere it was going to be somewhere that he’d enjoy. He’s had offers and it wasn’t right for him. When Tottenham came knocking, it was right. He’s had a hard time and now he’s going to enjoy himself. He deserves to be happy. He’s been probably one of Britain’s best ambassadors. He wasn’t going anywhere with Real Madrid. We’d got to an impasse and some silly things were happening on both sides.”
