Barcelona keen on Rashford

Barcelona are reportedly interested in signing the Manchester United striker Marcus Rashford.

It is no secret that the Spanish giants are in need of attacking reinforcements and the England international could prove to be a useful signing for them.

Xavi Hernandez will have to bring in a quality goal scorer in order to finish in the top four this season and it remains to be seen whether they can lure Rashford away from Old Trafford.

The England international is the first team regular for Manchester United and it seems highly unlikely that he will be keen on a move to Barcelona, who are struggling right now.

Furthermore, the Spanish giants are in the Europa League and he has the option of playing Champions League with Manchester United.

According to a report from El Nacional, the Red Devils will demand a fee of around £60 million for the 24-year-old attacker and given Barcelona’s financial condition right now, a move seems highly unlikely.

Chelsea keen on Casemiro

In other news, Chelsea are prepared to launch an ambitious move for the Real Madrid midfielder Casemiro.

According to El Nacional, Thomas Tuchel wants to improve his midfield options and he has identified the Brazilian international as a target.

The 29-year-old is undoubtedly one of the best defensive midfielders in the world and he could prove to be a sensational addition for the Blues.

Currently, the likes of Jorginho add N’Golo Kante are the first choice pairing for Chelsea and it remains to be seen how the Chelsea manager accommodates Casemiro alongside them in his midfield.

Apparently, Florentino Perez is open to selling the midfielder and several other clubs are keen on signing the Brazilian as well.

Casemiro signed a new deal with the club recently and selling him now would be a surprising move from Los Blancos.
