Axel Tuanzebe joins Aston Villa

Manchester United defender Axel Tuanzebe has joined Aston Villa on loan for the upcoming season.

The 23-year-old defender needs to play regularly in order to continue his development and fulfil his potential.

A move away from Old Trafford is ideal for him at this stage of his career, and he would have struggled to hold down a regular starting berth at Manchester United.

Tuanzebe is likely to get more chances at Aston Villa.

The West Midlands club needed to add more depth to their defensive ranks, and the 23-year-old Manchester United defender seems like an ideal fit.

Newcastle agreed on Joe Willock fee

Newcastle United have agreed on a deal worth more than £20 million with Arsenal to sign the 21-year-old midfielder Joe Willock.

The highly talented midfielder was on loan at St James’ Park last season, and he was outstanding for Steve Bruce’s side.

Willock managed to score eight goals during his time at Newcastle last year, and the fans will be expecting more of the same next season.

The 21-year-old midfielder will have to play regularly to fulfil his potential, and Arsenal would not have provided him with the platform to do so.

Ole elaborates on his decision to let Romelu Lukaku leave

Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has elaborated on why the club let Romelu Lukaku leave.

The Red Devils paid big money for the Belgian striker, but Solskjaer believes that Lukaku was distracted during his time at the club, and his head was not at Old Trafford.

Solskjaer added that he has a lot of respect for Lukaku, one of the world’s best attackers, but he’s happy with his decision to let the player leave.

He said: “The decision that I made and I made it happily. When you have players, [they may have] great potential, but Romelu’s head was not here for us working forward as a group.

“I don’t want to speak too much about other players. I have got lots of respect for Romelu, but his time was up here.”
