Newly appointed Chelsea manager Thomas Tuchel is keen on signing quality striker at the end of this season and the Blues are keeping tabs on the Borussia Dortmund striker Erling Haaland.
The Norwegian is undoubtedly the hottest young prospect in European football alongside Kylian Mbappe and it is hardly a surprise that the top Premier League clubs want to sign him.
Haaland has been relentless since moving to Dortmund and he’s one of the best goal scorers in world football.
Signing him would represent quite a coup for Chelsea. The Blues have signed Timo Werner this season but the German is better when he is playing as a left-sided forward.
Christoph Baumgartner
Meanwhile Manchester United are keeping tabs On the Hoffenheim midfielder Christoph Baumgartner.
The 21-year-old midfielder is highly rated in the Bundesliga and he is dubbed as the new Michael Ballack.
Manchester United could certainly use someone like him in their midfield especially if Paul Pogba decides to move on in the summer.
Nikola Maksimovic
In other news, Tottenham are looking to improve the centre back options and they have lined up a move for Nikola Maksimovic.
The Napoli defender is expected to leave the Italian club after falling out of favour and he could prove to be a decent addition to Jose Mourinho’s back four.
Spurs need to bring in a centre back and Davinson Sanchez is expected to leave the London club. Maksimovic could be his replacement it was summer.
