Vlahovic is reportedly closing in on a big-money move to La Liga giants Atletico Madrid

Fiorentina are set to lose their prized asset Dusan Vlahovic, with Atletico Madrid reportedly closing in on a €70m move for the Serbian.

Vlahovic was sensational in Serie A last season, finding the nets 21 times and was eventually named the most valuable young player.

Fiorentina are in the market for a new striker and have identified three targets, including Everton striker Moise Kean.

Kean is facing an uncertain future at Goodison Park, and new manager Rafa Benitez appears to have no problem in his departure.

Despite a turbulent debut season in the Premier League, Kean found his foot right after moving to PSG on loan last season. The Italian centre-forward racked up 17 goals and was touted to make his move a permanent one.

However, Les Parisiens signed Lionel Messi from Barcelona in one of the most sensational transfers in history, thus denting the hopes of Kean.

The former Juve striker has been linked with a move to Inter Milan, who are currently looking for a replacement for Romelu Lukaku.

But reports are stating that the Serie A champions are focused on the likes of Duvan Zapata and Joaquin Correa, and it might rule Kean out of the equation.

The Toffees rate the 21-year-old around 31m pounds, and La Viola can afford it as they would be generating considerable money from the transfer of Vlahovic.

In the event of Kean’s departure, The Toffees want to make Lazio’s Correa as the Italian’s replacement.

Besides Kean, La Viola are also keeping tabs on Torino striker Andrea Belotti and Gianluca Scammaca from Sassuolo.
