PSG-Inter agreement reached on Mauro Icardi?

The Argentine striker is reportedly wanted by a host of top European clubs.

PSG striker Mauro Icardi is currently the centre of attention after breaking up with his girlfriend Wanda Nara.

The Argentine striker is said to be deeply affected by the incident and has skipped the training with Les Parisiens as a consequence.

Besides, Icardi has been gaining interest from some of Europe’s top clubs and he could be on the move in the January transfer window or next summer.

According to Sempremilan, Serie A trio Inter MilanAC Milan and Juventus have registered an interest in signing him.

Rossoneri have identified Icardi as a long-term replacement for Zlatan Ibrahimovic, whose contract expires next summer.

Inter are keen on signing a long-term successor to Edin Dzeko, whom they signed in the summer transfer window.’

Meanwhile, Juve were highly interested in signing Icardi during the summer window and manager Max Allegri continues to be a huge admirer of the 28-year-old. The Bianconeri are planning for attacking reinforcements and also have identified Dusan Vlahovic as a top target.

Outside Italy, Newcastle have been showing interest in the former Barcelona star lately ever since the takeover by PIF. The new board are eyeing some marquee signings, with Icardi’s name among them.

Icardi has gone down the pecking order at Paris Saint-Germain, with Mauricio Pochettino preferring Kylian Mbappe, Neymar and Lionel Messi as the primary starters.

The former Nerazzurri star has a contract until 2024 at Parc des Princes and Les Parisiens could be open to selling him for the right offer.
