Tottenham Hotspur eyeing Nicolo Zaniolo amid Juventus, AC Milan links

Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly looking to sign Italy international Nicolo Zaniolo from AS Roma this summer according to reports.

While Zaniolo would rather stay Italian Serie A, where Juventus and AC Milan are interested in acquiring his services, Tottenham are hopeful the prospect of playing for Antonio Conte might be enough to turn his head.

Jose Mourinho wants Joe Rodon in AS Roma

Reports in The Guardian state that the north London side are looking to bring the midfielder to the Premier League this summer and are prepared to use Joe Rodon as part of a player plus cash swap deal.

According to the report, Rodon is interested in linking up again with Jose Mourinho, the manager that signed him from Swansea for Tottenham.

The Welshman has struggled to make the breakthrough at Tottenham and could be off to Italy to resurrect his floundering career.

Tottenham’s director of football Fabio Paratici was reported in Milan on Thursday, conducting talks with several clubs for the signature of the defender.

AS Roma are reportedly leading the race for Rondon as they need a centre-back this summer. Also, Mourinho is said to be an admirer of the player who he signed when he was Spurs boss.
