Manchester United striker Anthony Martial is apparently up for sale because of his poor attitude.

According to reports, manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is frustrated with the Frenchman’s form and attitude, and he is prepared to cash in on the 25-year-old.

Martial scored just seven goals in 36 games in all competitions for Manchester United this past season. He has fallen down the pecking order at Old Trafford since the arrival of Edinson Cavani.

It is believed that Solskjaer is looking to sign an experienced replacement for Cavani, and therefore Martial might not be in long-term his plans anymore.

It will be interesting to see if the Frenchman decides to move on this summer in search of regular game time at another club.

There is no doubt that the 25-year-old has the talent to develop into a top-class player, but his attitude has been criticized heavily in recent months.

Apparently, the forward has been offered to Real Madrid on a season-long loan with an option to buy this summer.

It remains to be seen whether the Spanish outfit are keen on taking up the option to sign the Manchester United forward this summer.

Martial needs to join a club where he can play regular first-team football. He needs game time to regain his confidence and rhythm.

Joining Real Madrid might not be in his best interests because the likes of Benzema will start ahead of him, and he will be resigned to the role of a substitute.
