Borussia Dortmund are all set to name Youssoufa Moukoko in the Champions League squad.

The German youth international is a homegrown talent and therefore he is eligible to be named in the B list squad.

The 15-year-old goalscoring sensation has done well for the German side at the youth level and he is rated highly at the club.

Youssoufa Moukoko has a big future ahead of him and Dortmund will be hoping to groom him into a first-team star soon.

The 15-year-old is not ready for regular fasting action just yet but the exposure of European football could help him mature faster.

He’s unlikely to get any game time in the Champions League but he could still be a part of the squad and that would be an invaluable experience for the youngster.

Furthermore, he could learn a lot while training with the likes of Erling Haaland.

Dortmund sporting director Michael Zorc has confirmed the club will register  Youssoufa Moukoko for the Champions League via the B list.

The striker will turn 16 next month and he should be available for Dortmund’s home game against Brugge in the Champions League.

If the youngster manages to make his debut against the Belgian side he will become the youngest player in the competition’s history.

The young German striker has 134 goals in 86 games at the under 20 level and Dortmund star Erling Haaland recently claimed that he has never seen a 15-year-old player with that much quality.

He also claimed that  Youssoufa Moukoko is a lot better than he was at 15 years of age.
