Malmo

Swedish minnows Malmö have endured a difficult start to their Champions League campaign, as they have lost all their group games to date.

They enter this tie rooted at the foot of the Group H table and with no goals to their name.

They have finished last in two previous UCL group stage appearances and will be desperate to avoid a repeat of that here.

Although the Eleda Stadium has played host to both of Malmö’s prior UCL victories, ‘Di blåe’ cannot be confident of winning this game as they have lost all their other 14 UCL group games by an astonishing aggregate of 48-2.

Possible Malmö starting line-ups

Johan Dahlin (GK); Eric Larsson, Niklas Moisander, Franz Brorsson; Adi Nalic, Bonke Innocent, Sergio Pena, Sebastian Nnasi, Soren Rieks; Antonio Colak, Malik Abubakari.

Injuries: Anders Christiansen, Felix Beijmo, Jonas Knudsen, Ola Toivonen.

Suspension: None

Zenit Saint-Petersburg

Russian side Zenit St Petersburg find themselves in a tough group with Chelsea and Juventus but have made their most with this fixture with Malmö.

The visitors are sitting in third place after four games with three points which they got when they Malmö 4-0 in the reverse fixture. They will aim to repeat that performance in this return leg and guarantee themselves a place in the next round of the Europa League.

However, the Russians have not won away from home in the UCL since securing back-to-back victories in the 2015/16 season, losing nine of their ten away games since then.

Despite that poor record, they will still fancy their chances of taking home maximum points from their hosts.

Possible Zenit Saint-Petersburg starting line-ups

Stanislav Kritsyuk (GK); Dmitri Chistyakov, Dejan Lovren, Yaroslav Rakitskiy; Aleksey Sutormin, Danil Krugovoy, Andrie Mostvoy, Wendel; Sardar Azmoun, Malcolm; Artem Dzyuba.

Injuries: Stanislav Kritsyuk, Daler Kuzyaev

Doubt: Claudinho

Suspension: None
