Leeds United are all set to wrap up the signing of Michael Cuisance from Bayern Munich for a fee of around €20m.
The Premier League side have managed to secure an agreement with the German champions and the 21 year old midfielder will now travel to England for his medical with Leeds United tomorrow.
Cuisance wanted to play regularly and Bielsa’s project managed to seduce him in the end.
It will be interesting to see how the youngster develops in the coming months. He is highly rated across Europe and he has the potential to develop into a star for Leeds United.
Marcelo Bielsa has proven over the years that he is an expert when it comes to unlocking potential and it remains to be seen how Cuisance develops under his management.
Leeds United needed to add more depth to their midfield and Cuisance should prove to be a useful option for them. The Whites have already improved their defence and midfield this summer and signing a quality midfielder was the next priority for them.
The Whites have signed Robin Koch and Diego Llorente to beef up their defensive options and they invested in Rodrigo to boost their attack.
It will be interesting to see how the new signings fare in the Premier League now. It will be quite a step up for them and they might need some time to adjust and display their true abilities.
