Arsenal Update: Latest on Emi Buendia, Kieran Tierney, Matteo Guendouzi, Alex Runarsson

Arsenal Transfer Round-up Lacazette and Torreira swap

Arsenal have been linked with a move for the Norwich midfielder Emiliano Buendia this month.

According to reports, Norwich are demanding £40 million for the Argentine playmaker and Arsenal have decided to abandon their chase.

It will be interesting to see if the Gunners can bring in a creative midfielder before the transfer window closes.

Meanwhile, left-back Kieran Tierney is thought to be a target for Italian club Napoli.

The Scottish defender has been excellent for Arsenal this season and the Gunners will not want to lose him anytime soon.

It will be interesting to see if Napoli come forward with a concrete offer for the 23-year-old at the end of the season.

Arsenal midfielder Matteo Guendouzi has been on loan at Hertha Berlin and the youngster has managed to impress at the German club.

However, Hertha Berlin have decided that they will not be signing Matteo Guendouzi permanently because he is too expensive.

Apparently, Arsenal are demanding around £29 million for the midfielder.

It will be interesting to see if he is recalled back to the club this month. Guendouzi needs to play regular first-team football and therefore a recall would be quite surprising given the fact that he’s unlikely to play regularly for Mikel Arteta.

Finally, Arsenal are willing to cash in on Runar Alex Runarsson this month.

The 25-year-old goalkeeper has failed to impress since his move from Dijon in the summer.

He was brought in as an understudy to Bernd Leno but he has proven to be quite error-prone. Apparently, a number of European clubs are interested in taking him for the second half of the season.
