Juventus 3-0 Dynamo Kyiv: Juventus continue impressive run after routing Kyiv

Cristiano Ronaldo-Juventus

The Serie A champions thrashed Kyiv 3-0 at Allianz Stadium after Ronaldo, Morata, Chiesa goals.

Juventus have secured a comprehensive win against Dynamo Kyiv, beating them 3-0 at Allianz Stadium.

The Serie A Champions entered the game as the favourites, with them already booking their place in the round of 16 of the Champions League.

Weston McKennie had the first sight at the goal when his header from the corner kick forced a save from Kyiv’s goalkeeper.

Federico Chiesa put the hosts ahead with a header, which also took the goalkeeper’s clumsy effort to the advantage before rolling to the nets.

Cristiano Ronaldo hit the frame of the goal while Kyiv were presented with a great opportunity for the equaliser. However, Victor Tysgankov was denied by a brilliant save from Szczesny.

Ronaldo salvaged for his mistakes by scoring an easy-tap in goal, which was a deserved one following his continuous efforts in front of goal.

Alvaro Morata netted the final goal of the game after a proper striker-like finish, teed up by the scorer of the first goal Chiesa.

It was a rather convincing performance from Andrea Pirlo’s side following their insipid draw against Benevento in Serie A in the weekend.

Ronaldo, who was sorely missed during the weekend game, proved his worth once again on how influential he is to Bianconeri’s attack.

Chiesa continues to cherish his new wing-back role while Morata has been excellent under Pirlo since making his return to Turin in the summer.

Juve will play the group leaders Barcelona on the final match week as both Lionel Messi and Ronaldo set for an eye-catching showdown.
