Borussia Dortmund striker Erling Haaland has been linked with a move away from the German Bundesliga club in recent months and it appears that the likes of Chelsea and Manchester United are keen on securing his services.

According to the SunReal Madrid are keen on signing the Norwegian striker as well but the Spanish giants believe that Haaland is headed to the Premier League next year and therefore they have ruled out the possibility of signing him.

The 20-year-old striker is a prodigious talent and he has already established himself as one of the best attackers in the world.

If the likes of Chelsea or Manchester United manage to sign him it would be a tremendous coup for the Premier League sides.

The likes of Timo Werner have failed to live up to the expectations since moving to the Premier League and Chelsea could definitely use a top-class striker like Haaland alongside Romelu Lukaku.

Meanwhile, Manchester United will have to sign equality number nine who can replace Edinson Cavani in the long run and the Borussia Dortmund striker certainly seems like an ideal alternative.

The striker will be able to leave Borussia Dortmund for a fee of around £64 million at the end of this season because of a release clause in his contract and there is no doubt that he has the potential to justify the outlay in the long run.

The report further states that the likes of Manchester City and Liverpool are keeping tabs on the player as well.

Manchester City have lost Sergio Aguero at the start of this season add the Liverpool front three are approaching the 30s and they will need to be replaced soon.

Whoever ends up signing Haaland will have a world-class player on their hands and it remains to be seen where he ends up eventually.
