Erling Haaland blow
Borussia Dortmund striker Erling Haaland is expected to leave the German club at the end of this season and he has been linked with the likes of Paris Saint Germain, Chelsea and Real Madrid.
The striker’s agent Mino Raiola enjoys a great working relationship with Juventus and he has helped the Italian club signed several top-class players in the past.
However the agent is expected to betray Juventus regarding Haaland and he wants to take the Norwegian striker to Real Madrid this summer.
Haaland is one of the best young strikers in world football right now and whoever ends up signing will have pulled off a major coup.
Ronaldo future
Meanwhile Juventus chief Fabio Paratici has revealed that Cristiano Ronaldo’s future at the club is not the priority right now.
He said: “There’s still another year of contract [expiring in June 2022]. Cristiano’s contract renewal is not an immediate issue on the agenda, there’s time to talk about it”.
The Portuguese superstar has a contract with the Italian club until the summer of 2022 and it seems that Juventus are ready to take their time and decide whether they want to hold on to the former Real Madrid star any longer.
Ronaldo was brought in to help Juventus win the Champions League and he has failed to deliver so far.
The Portuguese international is on massive wages and Juventus might need to offload him in order to rebuild their squad in the coming summer.
