Atletico Madrid striker reportedly wants to move to AC Monza since his contract with Atletico Madrid expired last month. According to One football, Monza Chairman Adriano Galliani is reaching out to Luis Suarez to be part of their first season.

Several clubs are also showing interest in the 35-year-old, including Riverplate, Toluca and Cruz Azul, but Luis Suarez chooses to stay in Europe to help him prepare best for the World Cup in Qatar.

In 2022, Monza and Pisa sides met once again in a decisive promotion play-off final, this time for the Serie A: Monza won in extra time and reached the first division for the first time in their history.

After the last home match this campaign for Atletico Madrid, the team announced Suarez’s departure at the end of the season.

He reached a tally of 11 league goals for the season; the tenth consecutive season in domestic leagues, he reached double figures in his career.

Luis Suarez is known for his deadly presence in front of the goal. Suarez has a particular penchant for nutmegging opponents and is a great character. If the agreement is sealed between Monza, Suarez could be their Ace for the next season and perhaps more.
