He also managed to win the Balon d’Or during his time at the Premier League club and Ronaldo will be hoping for similar success this time around.

Manchester United have made an impressive start to the Premier League campaign this year and they will be hoping to challenge for the league title.

The lack of a proven goalscorer has been a concern for Ole Gunnar Solskjaer over the past year and the signing of Cristiano Ronaldo should fix that problem for the Red Devils.
