Guardiola speaks about transfer plans amid Harry Kane interest.

Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola has stated there could be many departures at the end of this season, with Tottenham striker Harry Kane being linked with a move to the Sky Blues.

A recent report revealed that Kane had informed Spurs about his desire to leave this summer in order to fulfil his trophy dreams elsewhere.

Guardiola said: “There are players that accept one typical situation in the team, and there are other ones that don’t accept it.”

“When they don’t accept sometimes not playing, you can sustain that for one season – a short period – but not for a long period. It’s impossible.

In that position, we have to change. We’ll see at the end of the season. We’ll talk with them, and we’ll be clear, they’ll be clear, and we’ll decide the best for the players.”

With the possible sales of many players, there would be more room for a player like Kane to make his way into the team.

The likes of Aymeric Laporte and Sergio Aguero would be on the transfer exchange this summer, with the former one is said to be closing on a move to Barcelona.

Fans to get paid for their trip to final

Man City owner Sheikh Mansour is set to pay for the fans’ trip to the Champions League final against Chelsea.

With 6,000 fans allowed from each side for the final in Portugal, the Citizens owner has decided to take such an initiative.

Mansour said, “Pep and the team have had such a remarkable season, and they’re reaching the Champions League Final after a very challenging year represents a truly historic moment for the Club.”

“It is therefore incredibly important that as many fans as possible have the opportunity to attend this special game. Especially those who have supported Manchester City through good and bad times for so many years.”
