The 21-year-old is regarded as one of the most talented young defenders in England right now, and he could prove to be a quality signing for the Londoners.
Spurs need to improve on their right-back options, and the likes of Serge Aurier have been linked with a move away from the club in the summer.
Aarons would be a superb long term investment, and he has the potential to develop into a top-class player for the Premier League side.
Apparently, the likes of West Ham and Everton are keen on the defender as well, and Spurs will have to move quickly if they want to secure his services this summer.
