Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba has been linked with a move away from the club for a while now and he was tipped to join the likes of Real Madrid or Paris Saint Germain on a free transfer next summer.

The 28-year-old is in the final year of his contract with the Red Devils and the two parties have not agreed on an extension yet.

However, reports have emerged that the player could now be open to signing a new deal with the Premier League giants and the update will come as a massive boost to the Manchester United fan base.

Paul Pogba is a top-class player and he’s at the peak of his powers right now.

Losing him on a free transfer would be a devastating blow for Manchester United and therefore the club must do everything in their power to renew his contract as soon as possible.

Apparently, Manchester United’s impressive summer transfer window has convinced the player of the club’s ambitions and he could commit his long term future to Old Trafford now.

The Red Devils signed Cristiano Ronaldo, Jadon Sancho and Raphael Varane during the summer transfer window and Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s men have been outstanding in the Premier League so far.

If they manage to win the Premier League title this season it would certainly be a convincing pitch for the French midfielder to stay at the club.

Manchester United have the squad to help Pogba realize his ambitions and it remains to be seen whether the two parties can sort out an agreement in the coming months.
