Paul Pogba’s winner takes Manchester United back to the top of the table

Paul Pogba- Manchester United

Manchester United picked up a 2-1 win over Fulham in the Premier League earlier tonight.

Ademola Lookman gave Fulham the lead 5 minutes into the game and Manchester United levelled the scores through Edinson Cavani on the 21st minute.

Paul Pogba scored the winning goal of the game in the second half and Manchester United are now back to the summit of the table once again.

Fulham will be disappointed to have come away empty handed from the game after an impressive performance for most of the game.

The London side are now 18th in the League table with just 12 points.

Fulham have shown improvement in the recent weeks and they might be able to beat the drop if they continue to improve in the coming weeks.

Meanwhile Manchester United are two points clear of cross town rivals Manchester City at the top of the table and they will be hoping to stay there until the end of the season.

City have a game in hand and they could easily overtake united if they win the next outing.

Despite the constant criticism, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has managed to guide Manchester United to the top of the table and the Norwegian will be hoping that his side can go all the way this season.

United were held to a goalless draw against Liverpool in their last game and they need to win here in order to stay at the top of the table. The fans will be delighted to see that the players have stepped up and delivered.
